CT Sounds only replaces items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us through our Contact Us page. If the item is defective or damaged please include pictures and/or videos of the item so that we can handle your case as quickly as possible.
CT Sounds oftentimes uses multiple carriers to ship a single order, because of this, we do not provide tracking numbers until the final carrier has shipped out your package. Tracking numbers are oftentimes not sent out until the day before or even the day of delivery. If you have not received a tracking number that does not mean your order is not shipped. In the unlikely event you do not have your full order within 7 business days (unless you ordered an item on pre-order or backorder), please email us at email@example.com or message us through our Contact Us page.
In the unlikely event you receive a package that contains a damaged product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us through our Contact Us page. Please include pictures of the damaged shipping box and/or item(s) along with your order number. It is important that you provide pictures of the packaging and damaged item so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
In the event you decide to cancel your order, CT Sounds requests that you reach out to us immediately by emailing us at email@example.com or messaging us through or messaging us through our Contact Us page. CT Sounds strives to get orders sent out immediately upon receiving your purchase. If the item has not been processed or shipped, we will approve your cancellation request, and charge a 4% cancellation fee. If the item has already shipped, you will have to start a return with us. Please refer to our Return Policy.
CT Sounds strives to get orders sent out immediately upon receiving your purchase. If you decide you want to add or remove an item(s) from your order please contact us immediately by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or messaging us through our Contact Us page. We will make every attempt to add or remove items from your order. If your order has already shipped, you can place an additional purchase for the item(s) you wanted to add or start a return for the item(s) you wanted to remove.
At this time, CT Sounds does not allow in-person pickups.
CT Sounds stands behind our products and if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of delivery (delivery means the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carrier’s tracking number). Upon receiving your items, we request 2 business days to inspect the item and process your return. Once inspected and processed by our team for a refund, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your funds to arrive back to your original payment method. To be eligible for a return we require the following:
- Receipt or proof of your purchase from www.ctsounds.com (i.e. Order Number)
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item
- In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging
In order to receive a full refund, CT Sounds requires all returns to be sent back in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging there will be a 30% restocking fee. If we discover the item was used we will not issue a refund or store credit. However, we will give you the option to send the item back to you at your cost plus a $30 processing fee.
CT Sounds provides a prepaid return label (RMA# and return shipping address) that will be sent to you via email. Once the return is received and inspected, we will credit the purchase price back to the original payment method less the cost of the shipping rate we paid to send the item to you.
Upon receiving your return, CT Sounds requests 2 business days to inspect the item and process your return. Once inspected and processed by our team for a refund, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your funds to arrive back to your original payment method.
All orders placed before 3:30 PM CST ship same-day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM CST will ship the following business day. This does not include orders placed for products on pre-order or backorder. CT Sounds will always post if the item is on pre-order or backorder on the product’s page. If an item was purchased on pre-order, please refer to Pre-Order FAQs. CT Sounds uses a variety of different shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Amazon to fulfill customer orders. The carrier we select depends upon shipping rates and shipping times. CT Sounds will select the best option and quickest option that makes sense for our customer’s purchases.
CT Sounds will always post a label that identifies the estimated shipping date of pre-orders on the product’s page. Pre-orders will be shipped out immediately upon receiving the item in stock. If an item is on pre-order, CT Sounds will offer a special discount. To receive this discount you can email us at email@example.com or message us through our Contact Us page.
If an item is sold out on our website, CT Sounds will always post the expected restock date on the product’s page. The expected restock date will be updated regularly as we receive new information; to stay updated be sure to check the product’s page often. Backorders will be shipped out immediately upon receiving the item back in stock.
Upon receiving your warranty return, CT Sounds requests 5 to 7 business days to inspect the item and determine if it falls under warranty. After testing the item, we will reach back out to you letting you know if the item will be warrantied.
CT Sounds reserves the right to send you a certified refurbished product for any unit that is beyond the 30-day return/exchange period. If the item is within the 30-day return/exchange window, you will receive a brand new replacement.
CT Sounds’ Warranty Policy covers defects in materials only. Our warranty policy does not cover the following:
- User error
- Accidental damage
- Improper installation
- Product abuse
- Modified or repaired products
- Using the product outside of recommended specifications
- Unwound voice coil due to clipping
- Amplifiers without a warranty seal
- Less than adequate electrical to support high-powered amplifiers
