The CT-LC2 is a convenient way to upgrade your car audio system without replacing your factory head unit. Many vehicles' factory radios reduce the bass output at high volumes to protect the stock speakers - you may have noticed at a certain volume level, your speakers don't produce more "bass" as you continue to turn up the volume. The CT-LC2 allows you to maintain your factory radio controls and restores bass frequencies with its "BassLift" technology.
Included with the CT-LC2 is a 34-page product manual that walks you through step by step how to install the device. If you have any questions or concerns during the installation process, please reach out to our tech-support team by emailing hello@ctsounds.
The CT-LC2 features a full-range main output and a low-pass (1000 Hz) bass output. Use the CT-LC2 to quickly add a subwoofer to your factory system or a compact front stage plus subwoofer setup. CT Sounds "BassLift" technology can compensate for factory bass roll-off or as an enriching boost to the low-end.
Many vehicles' factory radios have navigation and climate controls built-in; therefore, you can no longer easily replace your vehicle's factory radio with an aftermarket radio to use as the source for your amplifier(s). This premium LOC (Line Out Converter) converts the high-level signal used to play factory speakers into a low-level RCA input to send to the amplifier(s), allowing you to use the stock radio as the signal source for your aftermarket amplifier(s). Alternatively, this device can "upgrade your radio" while still utilizing your factory amplifier.
This LOC is a beast. Great compensation for factory head unit. It definitely puts the bass back into the loud volumes and the new remote out feature is worth the price alone.

I bought 4 of these for my wife's car. At first I did not like how these were modeling on the box software so I decided to only use two just in case they didn't work out right or was I wrong two of these is easily equivalent to one decent 12 ported. I have these in a series tuned sixth order plays from 23 to 68 effortlessly I am truly blown away. Box specs are .74 after displacement tuned to 29 with 7.4sq in of port and 1.2 tuned to 56 with 28sq in of port. 6in ported and sealed thru the rear deck. Rap, R and B, Country it doesn't matter they are super loud on 200 watts for both. When they break in I'll give em about 750 watts. Not cleaned up up just testing.
I have the 1500 on a kicker L7 and love how it pushes it!!!
Man, when I ordered this sub, I was thinking 🤔 how big can this sub really be. When I opened up the boxes, I was stunned at how massive this beast is... huge motor and heavy asf. Have it running on a 3k rms amp in a custom box tuned to 32 hz, 2.5 cubes, 320amp alternator, and an extra xs power D3400 battery. This sub slams let me tell you. Very very happy with this subwoofer and the all around experience from purchase to playing music on it. This sub is for those who want that extra punch in the chest. If you don't have the muscle to back up this beast then it ain't for you
Haven’t put my CT sound 2000.1D amp in yet. Have hooked up to old infinity 600watt amp and it ROCKS !!! Can’t wait to install the big amp !!!!
