*Boomer response curve (SPL) is geared towards people looking for maximum loudness. This style box will be louder than the flat response curve at some frequencies, has a high impedance rise, and can utilize an amplifier rated at a slightly higher RMS than the subwoofer.

*Enclosure recommendations do not account for subwoofer, bracing, and port displacement.

Great Subwoofer!!

At first I wasn't sure about the tropo 18's because of how inexpensive they were...but holy crap these things sound great! Bought two of them and only had to put 1200 watts to them. Build a good box for them and they won't disappoint!!

Tropo 18s D4

I had 2 tropo 18s walled in my mustang, powered by a wolfram C2400.1D... Boy, them tropos laughed at my amp and took everything i threw at them.... Until i upgraded my amp to the T-2500.1D... Man they hit so much harder then before, that is until i blow 1 of them from the power... I just wish i could have been able to upgrade the 18s. There arent any 18s available to order and that broke my heart... Now ill have to run another brand of subs powered by CT Sounds.
