*Boomer response curve (SPL) is geared towards people looking for maximum loudness. This style box will be louder than the flat response curve at some frequencies, has a high impedance rise, and can utilize an amplifier rated at a slightly higher RMS than the subwoofer.

*Enclosure recommendations do not account for subwoofer, bracing, and port displacement.

Great small box 12!!!!

Box ended up being around 1.6cft and tuned to around 33HZ. Center console build in a crew cab Toyota Tundra. A Down4Sound JP95 is running the system, that's about 700w to the sub at 2ohm. The Ozone is still very punchy with rock music while being able to dig deep with bass directed songs. Very happy with the sub especially at this price point.

They slam, good mid price point subwoofer for the money.

They slam, replaced two sundowns with these and it was a good upgrade. Underrated at 800rms id say. Looks like they love 1000rms a peice

Impressive speaker

2 ozone-12 in a 3.3 net custom box with a 1500w amp in a ford fusion. Put it on the meter today with everything stock electronic it did a 140.2db. For less than $600 what a bargain

12” ozone blew me away

I’m glad I came across CT Sounds. The other day I was searching for 6.5 components for my 2012 accord coupe and the first thing that popped up
on google search was CT Sounds. So I did a YouTube search on them and saw some good things about them. I was also need of a 12” sub , so I ended up purchasing a 12” Ozone sub. 2 days later it was at my door. When I opened up the box I was very impressed with the quality of the sub. I ended up taking out my blown 12” JL W3 and put the ozone in the box. Had to do some modifications to the box, but I finally got the the Ozone in the box. MAN!! I was very impressed with the sub. It’s a better sounding sub and it hit a lot harder than the JL W3. I’m very impressed with CT. I’m actually thinking of redoing my small system with a couple of CT amps and maybe another 12”. I just hope the 6.5 components fit my door in my Accord🤞I’m so glad I came across CT Sounds.
