CT sounds 1,000 w monoblock amp/8 inch preloaded speaker enclosure.

Well I've had CT sounds for now roughly 8 months and I can say I'm a happy customer. The only only fall back is the impedance of the 8-in preloaded subwoofer box. If you measure the impedance it comes out at point .7 ohms. I end up buying two of the 8 inch subwoofer boxes and series them together to bring the impedance up to roughly 1.5 ohms.

What a Very Impressive Little Powerhouse!!!!!!

I haven’t had any car audio equipment in any of my cars since around 2002 and when I did I ran 2 12” JL Audio w6, and an Alpine MRV-1507 1500watt amplifier with a separate battery and capacitor. It was awesome. That was then this is now!
I reviewed various companies and decided on CT Sounds for a few reasons. Their quality, the Price and the reviews I read played a big factor in my decision. So not waning an extra battery for my current vehicle which is 2015 Toyota RAV4. I reviewed all of their products and watched numerous videos about them. I decided to set my own up wanting more power than the Tropo offered but not too much more The website lists the OZONE 12” dvc 2ohm sub at 800watts RMS perfect single sub for this CT 1000.d. I just got it installed today and it sounds amazing! The gain during my breakin period is set at just under 1/4 or right at 25% and wow! It stomps!!! Absolutely slams! I am very happy with this set up of this amp and the single 12 OZONE DVC 12” tuned to 32hz using their single sub box and I have the bass knob at just under half way the 56 minute drive home from the install place Kings Customs in Calhoun Georgia. Shout out to Sam for doing an amazing job installing this system. He told me to leave the gain where it is for the next 5-6 weeks. From his experience doing this during the break in period would ensure longevity of both sub and the amp. So yeah I love crazy clear bass this amp is going big things. When I told Calvin at cat sounds I want to pair up with a sub to keep my wattage at or almost 1000 rms and I DIDNT WANT THE AMP TO EVER GET WARM OR HOT! He said this set up would make a great pair and he was right after 56 mins of continuous use this amp wasn’t even as warm as my hands!!! Super great set up and I recommend this combo I came up with to everyone. Loads of bass clear and not stressing the sub or the amp at all. Can’t imagine how much better and louder and deeper it will be after the break in period. Great products CT Sounds and for $171.89 shipping included and taxes you will not be disappointed!!!!!

Quality

I have received my complete system and so far the components appear to be of good quality and packaging was great, no damages in shipping. I have not completed the installation yet, but will follow up on that post installation.
