CT Sounds engineered the NEO8-4 pro audio speaker to be the loudest 8” midrange speaker we have ever released in company history! This speaker was almost not released due to liability concerns… We are not responsible for hearing loss.
The neo pro audio speaker features a N42 Neo Magnet which plays a huge role in the sensitivity (loudness) of the speaker. While most manufacturers cheap out and go with a N35 (most common) we spared no cost utilizing the highest grade neo magnet available, the N42.
Furthermore, the loudspeaker utilizes a CCAW voice coil (more expensive than copper voice coil) which allows this speaker to perform exceptionally well at middle to high frequencies compared to the competition. If you like your music LOUD, look no further than the CT Sounds NEO8-4 midrange speaker. We warned you…

I bought 4 of these for my wife's car. At first I did not like how these were modeling on the box software so I decided to only use two just in case they didn't work out right or was I wrong two of these is easily equivalent to one decent 12 ported. I have these in a series tuned sixth order plays from 23 to 68 effortlessly I am truly blown away. Box specs are .74 after displacement tuned to 29 with 7.4sq in of port and 1.2 tuned to 56 with 28sq in of port. 6in ported and sealed thru the rear deck. Rap, R and B, Country it doesn't matter they are super loud on 200 watts for both. When they break in I'll give em about 750 watts. Not cleaned up up just testing.
I have the 1500 on a kicker L7 and love how it pushes it!!!
Man, when I ordered this sub, I was thinking 🤔 how big can this sub really be. When I opened up the boxes, I was stunned at how massive this beast is... huge motor and heavy asf. Have it running on a 3k rms amp in a custom box tuned to 32 hz, 2.5 cubes, 320amp alternator, and an extra xs power D3400 battery. This sub slams let me tell you. Very very happy with this subwoofer and the all around experience from purchase to playing music on it. This sub is for those who want that extra punch in the chest. If you don't have the muscle to back up this beast then it ain't for you
Haven’t put my CT sound 2000.1D amp in yet. Have hooked up to old infinity 600watt amp and it ROCKS !!! Can’t wait to install the big amp !!!!
