Man what can I say. I have bought a pair of tens for a truck of mine the hydros to be exact and a 1000 watt amp. these things were impressive. I didn't do the math on the box and I had a old set of JL Audios still on a box that I had from way back in my highschool days 1993. Non ported long and narrow for an elcomino. these things beat so good and crisp throughout all the music I listen to from old rap, country and my fav Avenged Sevenfold. They are now in a scion tc as my wife's best friend is putting the pounding on them and no issues to date.
I have bought the single 8inch tropo box combo kerf ported and placed this in my new Durango RT and another 1k amp. I loved the hard hitting drum kicks from this speaker and added 2 more meso 8s to the mix in a dual kerf ported enclosure and 2k amp plus a pair of 6.5 meso coaxial speakers. My Durango came with the already pricy stepup system with all harman / kardon 16 speaker system and a 10 powered subwoofer. I placed these 6.5 in the rear doors and they blew me away. The clarity and extra push from the 400 watt amp I had in another vehicle brought these speakers alive and on our way to anywhere we ( my wife and grandkids jam out to whatever and it all sounds great) now comes the bonus ....by creating a account with it sounds I was building up points towards additional goodies. I reached a level and got a pair of Bio 6.5 100 watt speakers for only the cost of 5 dollars out of pocket. I am going to add these with a 225 watt Harley amp in my 2013 Street glide very soon.
Unfortunately recently I had 2 deer run into the side of my Durango late one night about a month ago and the truck has been at the autobody shop getting all put back to gether again. I haven't capture a picture yet but this is my ride and pride 2020 RT awd aftermarket procharged rocker of a family vehicle. See pic
Thank you for the awesome products ,I can't wait to get it all back and put on the road jamming again. With only 1400.00 spent this is by far the best complete sound system I have bought with killer bass and brilliant mods that mesh perfect with the factory system.
No es un buen producto no tiene buem sonido
I could have tossed these in the rear doors of my 3rd gen Taco but I opted to pass on rear fill sound and will soon be buying a CT Sounds package for my wifes Corolla. Best part is, I paid $10 bucks for these guys ( shipping included ) when I purchased my gear for my Taco!
If these are anything like the MESO 6.5's in the 3 way set, the wife will be happy!
I was orginally concern with the validity of the reviews and the price point of these CT Sounds speakers. Are they really any good? I had always purchased the larger name brands in the past. But I really wanted to upgrade the speakers (6.5") in my car and couldn't overlook the price point CT Sounds was offering. Man...I'm honestly blow away by the sound and performance of speakers. I took the chance on a little known company and very glad I did.
Sound really clear. Look good too.
