I simplified the wiring install

When wiring up this eq, I have a wiring harness for a pioneer head unit that I didnt have to run any more extra wires as this eq don't require alot of power and what I did was all power and ground and remote coming to my hu I cut about 1/4 inch twisted and put into connection plug making sure there wasent any wires coming out and it was tight. So cut power wire to hu strip both ends and both running to power of eq. As do the same for remote and ground. Hu turns on and so does the eq. When hu off eq is off. Make sure you use the power wire and not the accessories wire it might work but the power wire usually is a lil bigger and will get proper power. I really can't wait til I have this darn system together the 4th time. I love the blue light on everything. Ok I should say what I have.... I have a pioneer hu going to the ct7eq feeding my at200/4 running 4 10inch shallow pro midrange and 4 3.5 titanium super tweeters so channels 1&2 run the tweets and 3&4 for midrange 2 speakers on each channel at 2ohm as they are 4ohm each ran parallel. And I had the at1400/1 but have a at2300/1 on 2 18 inch tropo in a 9cuft box so with sub displacement and bracing it's about 8cuft sealed as each 18 need 4 sealded. I bought 2 sets of 0 gauge ofc wiring kits and have the big 3 and a group 31 xs battery in trunk and my stock 85 amp alt wasn't gonna cut it so I reached out to gp audio and the made me a 271amp that'll hold 14.8 volt for my xs battery. Until 1 of my mounts for my alternator broke off Thursday night but everyone at gp is at slamology which I wanted to go to but can't this year. Next year is another chance to try to get there. So far as my purchases with ct sounds I love their products and love the blue lights on both amps and bass knob and now the eq. Great look and so far the quality is unmatched. I was running jl audio two 15wov3 on a jx/1000 and mad a box tuned to 37hz it wanged and shook my van. I still have the box and now 4 jl 15s but I sold my jx1000 amp but the ct seems very good quality and my little car is so loud and I love it.

The day after I got this my h

The day after I got this my h.o. alt broke as I was going to work, and I didnt install this yet. So on my now new day off of work I took my new metro double din install kit of single din with pocket and measured the eq and the pocket notched for mounting the eq and didnt even need the brackets that were included looks great but I haven't put my amps and subs and battery in the back yet. Eq looks great
