To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the item must also be in the original packaging. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label for your return, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. IF DO NOT HAVE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, YOU ARE NOT ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK TO US BUT ALSO THE SHIPPING COST TO SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT.

NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT ONLY. CT Sounds will issue you a gift card less the shipping cost. Note, if you do not have the original packaging the shipping cost deduction will be doubled.

We do sell a 1 year, 2 year, and 3 year extended warranty on most products we offer. This extended warranty is offered through Clyde. You can see the cost below the add to cart button on the product page. If you are interested in the extended warranty it MUST be purchased at the same time your purchase the product. You can select the extended warranty you want below the add to cart button before adding the item to your cart. You can also add the extended warranty to your pruchase by going to your cart and clicking the "+Add product coverage" button. 

Warranties are non-transferable! 

Our 90-Day Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY. Our warranty does not cover user error, accidental damage, improper installation, and/or product abuse. Note, once a warranty claim is started, it can take up to 2-3 weeks to process after receipt of the item at our 3rd party warranty center. It depends on the analysis that needs to be done. A refund or replacement item will not be sent until after the investigation is completed. 

TEAM Series Amplifiers are Non-Returnable. There are No Refund / Return for any of the TEAM Series Amplifiers.

TEAM Series Amplifiers come with a 60-Day REPAIR WARRANTY ONLY. There is no replacement warranty for any of the TEAM series amplifiers. Once you let us know the problem of your amplifier in detail, we will send this detailed description of the problem to our Third Party Amplifier Repair Service Company. Once they acknowledge and provide a RMA, we notify you and will provide the address to send your broken amplifier to. You are responsible for the cost incurred to ship your broken amplifier to CT Sounds 3rd party repair facility. CT Sounds will pay for the warranty repair plus the shipping cost to return the repaired amplifier back to you.

NOTE – if the Amplifier Repair Facility finds the amplifier is not repairable and does not match the description that you provide; CT Sounds, will ship the product back to you as is as long as you pay the shipping cost to return the amplifier back to you.

Bass Packages

In the unlikely event your Bass Package is damaged during shipment or you have a warranty issue, CT Sounds will provide a replacement for the damaged or faulty subwoofer, not for the full bass package. For example, if the box enclosure is damaged during shipment, we will only send you a new box enclosure. If you have a problem with the subwoofer and it is under warranty, we will send you a subwoofer only.
