We use over 50 different warehouses across the US that we use to ship orders. We use a unique way of shipping to ensure items reach our customers as quickly as possible while being cost effective. Often we use multiple carriers to ship a single order, because of this we do not provide the customer with a tracking number until the final carrier that will be delivering the order has the package. Tracking numbers are often not sent out until the day before or even the day of delivery so if you have not received a tracking number that does not mean your order is not already on the way. TEAM Series amplifiers are non-returnable. There are no Refund / Return for any of the TEAM Series Amplifiers.

TEAM Series Amplifiers come with a 60-Day REPAIR WARRANTY ONLY. There is no replacement warranty for any of the TEAM series amplifiers. Once you let us know the problem of your amplifier in detail, we will send this detailed description of the problem to our Third-Party Amplifier Repair Service Company, Amp Medics, LLC, 12121 Little Road #298, Hudson, FL 34667 - (727)-919-6793 - www.ampmedics.net Once they acknowledge and provide a RMA, we notify / give the approval to send your broken amplifier to Amp Medics. You are responsible for the cost incurred to ship your broken amplifier to CT Sounds 3rd party repair facility. CT Sounds will pay for the warranty repair plus the shipping cost to return the repaired amplifier back to you.

NOTE – if the Amplifier Repair Facility finds the amplifier is not repairable and does not match the description that you provide; CT Sounds, will ship the product back to you as is as long as you pay the shipping cost to return the amplifier back to you.

TEAM Series Amplifiers come with a 60-Day REPAIR WARRANTY ONLY. There is no replacement warranty for any of the TEAM series amplifiers. Once you let us know the problem of your amplifier in detail, we will send this detailed description of the problem to our Third Party Amplifier Repair Service Company. Once they acknowledge and provide a RMA, we notify you and will provide the address to send your broken amplifier to. You are responsible for the cost incurred to ship your broken amplifier to CT Sounds 3rd party repair facility. CT Sounds will pay for the warranty repair plus the shipping cost to return the repaired amplifier back to you.

NOTE – if the Amplifier Repair Facility finds the amplifier is not repairable and does not match the description that you provide; CT Sounds, will ship the product back to you as is as long as you pay the shipping cost to return the amplifier back to you.

Awesome little amp works perfectly sounds amazing exactly what I wanted!

It’s sounds good now I jus need a box for my 12 in strato d2 that’s going to give me the sound I want

Absolutely worth the price

I’ve been using two of these amps for months and have found zero problems with them.
During me installing these amps I mistakenly swapped polarity on the power input, as a result the amp protect turned on and amp was fine. I’ve used many other amps with an amp protect and they’ve been ruined doing this. This shows for the price you’re really getting what you’re being promised.
I’ve been running a single meso 12 d2 on each amp and at full tilt most of the time. With minimal air flow and in the hot kanses heat these amps have fair extremely well.
The black looks great and is fairly scratch resistant. The amps came with all of the listed items including a bass knob, screws and misc. wiring bits.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my amps and would recommend them to anyone. They’re super budget friendly.
