CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
Changes to your order (including cancellations and other adjustments) must be requested within 12 hours of your order confirmation time. Our warehouse team moves quickly to ship your order in 1-2 business days. Orders move into processing for shipment as soon as 30 minutes of your placing an order. If you would like to make a change or cancel your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that while we will do our best to catch your order in time to make your requested changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the changes.
TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
You should receive a tracking number within 1-5 business days of placing your order. After your order has shipped, you will receive a unique link to your order's live status. You can watch your shipment in real time! To check on the status of your order, sign into your account on ctsounds.com using the email address and password you used during checkout. SHIPPING ON ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS
Please note that we have more than 50 warehouses around the World in order to provide the fastest shipping times possible. If you order multiple items, items might be shipped from multiple locations. Do not worry if you only receive part of your order, the rest of your order is on the way and should arrive shortly after. THE RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for all CT Sounds. If you aren't satisfied, we can set you up with a refund or exchange within 30 days of the order date for any unused items in their original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items returned for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.. Gift card purchases are non-refundable. We suggest you insure any shipment you are returning to us as CT Sounds is not responsible for any damage that happens during return shipping.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED, MISSING ITEMS, OR SHIPPING DAMAGE
If receive the wrong item, are missing parts, or your item was damaged during shipping you have 7 days from the day of delivery to notify us of the problem. If we receive the wrong item, are missing items/ parts, or your item is damage in shipping we will replace the items at no charge. No refunds will be given for orders with this type of issue, they are only available for exchange for a replacement item.

Pre-orders are for items that are currently out of stock but will be back in stock soon. If the item title says PRE-ORDER then the item is a pre-order item. We offer a discount to people who are willing to pay in advance before items arrive in stock. Pre-ordering an item is a good way to save big on items we sell. The estimated shipping date of a pre-order item is listed in each product description. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO PATIENTLY WAIT FOR THE ITEMS TO ARRIVE. THE SHIPPING DATE LISTED IN THE PRE-ORDER PRODUCT DESCRIPTION IS AN ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. PRE-ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO WAIT THEN DO NOT PRE-ORDER AN ITEM!

We know your order is important and has to be just right. Sometimes things happen, we care about our brand experience, and we'll take care of you! All CT Sounds orders qualify for our standard return policy. We'll authorize any return for unopened, unused, items with the original tags and packaging up to 30 days from the date your items were delivered to your shipping address. We cannot accept back products that has been used. Return shipping for refunds will not be provided. We suggest you insure any shipment you are returning to us as CT Sounds is not responsible for any damage that happens during return shipping.
STARTING A RETURNS
To begin your order, contact our customer service. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. In the email, please include your order number and which items you would like to return and confirm they are unused. Your refund will be sent back to the original payment method within ten days of receiving and verifying the inventory condition. Please note that if we receive previously used items, a return cannot be processed and the item cannot be shipped back to you.
For a return to be processed, the return shipment must contain a completed Return and Exchange form. If a return shipment is mailed without a return/exchange form and the original packaging a return cannot be processed and the item cannot be shipped back to you. We suggest you insure any shipment you are returning to us as CT Sounds is not responsible for any damage that happens during return shipping.
RETURN SHIPPING TIME
After we have approved your return you have 14 days to get the item back to us including the shipping time back to us. If we do not receive the item with 14 days your return is void. Any items returned after the 14 day period cannot be processed and the item(s) cannot be shipped back to you.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS AND USED PRODUCTS
We do not process unauthorized returns. To avoid issues, before you ship any items back to CT Sounds we invite you to contact our customer support staff. If any shipment without a completed Return Document is received at our warehouse or offices a refund cannot be processed and the item(s) cannot be shipped back to you.
AMAZON AND EBAY ORDERS
If you purchased an item from us on Amazon please contact us via Amazon messenger for assistance. If you purchased an item from us on eBay please contact us via eBay messenger for assistance. We cannot assist you with Amazon or eBay orders via email. Email is assistance is only for items purchased from www.ctsounds.com - We would be more than happy to assist you with Amazon and eBay orders through the platform you bought the item from.
All CT Sounds items come with a 30-day Limited Warranty. Our warranty and return policy does not cover items damaged do to user error. All items sent back to us must be in there original packaging with all pieces and parts. If items are not shipped in there original packaging or that are missing items your warranty will not be processed. If the warranty seal is broken, your item is not eligible for warranty or return. If you send a items back for warranty and they do not meet the requirements above or are missing the correct paperwork then a warranty cannot be processed and the item cannot be shipped back to you. We suggest you insure any shipment you are returning to us for warranty as CT Sounds is not responsible for any damage that happens during return shipping.
