Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Associate to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you will work directly with our CEO and report to our Operations Manager. You will oversee a team of (3) customer service associates and are tasked to build a world-class department for (3) key areas of the business: customer service, returns, and warranty. • On-Site at our HQ located in Houston, TX (Zip Code: 77018)

Primary Duties:

• Improve, simplify, and optimize customer service processes (workflows & response templates) and ensure the accuracy of data used to populate current analytical tools.
• Design, develop and implement new tools (e.g. using MS Excel, Google Sheets, SQL) tracking key metrics that provide actionable insights to accelerate business improvement. For example, return rate/cost by SKU by sales channel (i.e. Shopify, Amazon, eBay), return reason by SKU by sales channel, warranty rate/cost by SKU by sales channel, average return handling time, average warranty handling time, etc. 
• Special emphasis on implementing a more efficient process that guides customers through returns and warranty requests while incorporating existing guidelines and templates.
• Create training materials that can be used to quickly onboard future employees.
• Provide email support to customers across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify stores.

Experience:

• College-degree is required.
• Knowledge of car audio products is a plus.
• Prior experience working for a DTC (Direct-To-Consumer) brand is a big plus. 
• You’re naturally analytical; you can synthesize complex information into concise, compelling recommendations.
• You’ve worked in a high-growth environment with constantly shifting priorities; you are a fast-paced learner and self-starter.
• You love to think big picture and strategize, but you can also roll up your sleeves and execute any project at hand.
