Here at CT Sounds we stand behind our product and we believe so much in our product that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can send them back within 30 days for a full refund or store credit less the cost of our prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Note, if you do not have the original packaging the shipping cost deduction will be doubled.

Step 3 || Returns are processed within 2 - 3 business days of being delivered at CT Sounds. An email will be dispatched when your return is processed.

We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for all CT Sounds purchases from www.ctsounds.com If you aren't satisfied, we can set you up with a refund or exchange within 30 days of the order date. You will receive a 100% full refund for any unused items in their original packaging. For used items that are missing their original packaging there will be a up to a 30% restocking fee. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label for your return, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, these shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Gift card and Pre-Order purchases are non-refundable.

Returns - Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@ctsounds.com

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@ctsounds.com

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping 
To return your product, email us at hello@ctsounds.com for an RMA# and return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

TEAM Series amplifiers come with a 60-Day REPAIR WARRANTY ONLY and are non-returnable unless damaged upon receipt. There is no Refund / Return for any of the TEAM Series Amplifiers. There is no replacement warranty.

Damages must be reported within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

In the unlikely event you have a problem within the 60 days, please notify us at hello@ctsounds.com and we will arrange to have the amplifier repaired at our Third-Party Amplifier Repair Service Company, Amp Medics, LLC, 12121 Little Road #298, Hudson, FL 34667 - (727)-919-6793 - www.ampmedics.net. You will be responsible for the cost incurred to ship your broken amplifier to Amp Medics. CT Sounds will pay for the warranty repair plus the shipping cost to return the repaired amplifier to you. 

NOTE – if the Amplifier Repair Facility finds the amplifier is not repairable and does not match the description that you provide; CT Sounds, will ship the product back to you as is as long as you pay the shipping cost to return the amplifier to you.

NO RETURN OR REFUND FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDER.
